Container Support, Senior Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Container Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating container in and container cost / rate, inputting conversion rate, managing and updating returnable note for QM issue, and communicating with stakeholders for trouble shooting issues. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update container in and container cost / rate.

  • Input conversion rate.

  • Manage and update returnable note for QM issue.

  • Communicate with Finance and Warehouse for trouble shooting issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.

  • Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years’ of experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

  • Mandarin proficiency is required for business communication needs.

  • Excellent data entry speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers).
